The NovaOgiva Gallery is an extension of contemporary art from the Network of Museums and Galleries. This space was created in 1970 and had just over three years of activity; years, however, of great artistic, cultural, citizenship and freedom intensity.
After 30 years of uncertainty and inactivity, the Gallery emerge today as a landmark in the History of Art, Architecture and the very history of the Village and Museums in Óbidos, being the starting point for exhibitions and other cultural manifestations associated with contemporary artistic expressions, allowing citizens and users of public services related to Culture, an easy access to a large number of collections and exhibitions.
