15 de Abril, 2021Located on the west slope of the castle walls and of Óbidos’ town, both classified as National Monuments, is the central platform of the Municipal Route Network where the main points of this Network (town of Óbidos, Parishes, Lagoon, Beaches) will be connected by central axes - Ecovias (Arnóia, Lagoon, Alvito, Amoreira, Estrada Real, Rio Real).
Due to its unique fauna, flora, geomorphological and heritage features and to a number of offers along its extensive area – routes, picnic areas, sports field, contemplation/relaxation areas, hunting zone, old church of S. João do Mocharro, among others – it is a perfect place for leisure, recreational or sports activities, to be practiced individually, in group or with your family.
It connects with Arcos Trail, Panoramic Route, Sports Complex Circuit, Arnóia Ecovia, Estrada Real Ecovia, Óbidos Town.

Forest Circuit - PR1
Start / ending point next to the east entrance, takes place in the middle / upper part of the Park, along the vast forest spot where pine trees predominate, passing through Picnic Parks, contemplation / relaxation areas, game zone, following part of the Sports Circuit, coming back, going up to the starting point, passing by the Memorial Cross (Cruzeiro da Memória).
Sports Circuit - PR1.1
Start / ending point next to the Sports Field, takes place in the middle / lower part of the Park, with superb views of the Castle, passage through a Picnic Park, areas of contemplation / relaxation, following part of the Forest Circuit, returning, going down to the starting point.
